Alan Perlin comes to Porsche San Diego after 28 years with Penske Automotive Group. Almost a native of San Diego, he moved here from Arizona after he graduated from college. He has been joyously married for 30 years and is the proud father of three grown children. When Alan is not at Porsche, you will find him cruising on one of his three motorcycles (two HARLEYS and a BMW) quenching his “need for speed.”
Doug Pielemeier came to Porsche San Diego after 17 years in the automotive industry. Over the past years, Doug was a General Manager for multiple dealerships with Penske Automotive. In his career with Penske, Doug was a top performer with BMW and recognized for many achievements. Doug is a Southern California native, living in South Orange County with his wife, and 2 children. Doug is an avid golfer, and has a passion for fishing and being out on the open water.
Ross, originally from Philadelphia, enjoys nothing more than being able to raise his family here in beautiful San Diego! After many years with the Four Season’s Hotels and luxury automotive sales, he prides himself on assuring an experience second to none. As a father, husband, racing enthusiast, outdoor adventurer, historian and a true fanatic about anything sport oriented, Ross wants you to know that your business is valued. His sincere attention to detail throughout the process will guarantee nothing less.
I was born and raised on the central coast of California in the small town of Salinas Monterey. Always involved with sports, I worked hard on and off the field and found myself being able to play 4 years of football at the collegiate level. After graduation, I worked for Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a manager trainee up in the bay area. Shortly after that, I got the opportunity to fulfill a lifelong dream of moving down to San Diego CA where I began my automotive career working for Mercedes Benz of San Diego. After 10 years of automotive experience and working for premium brands, I got the opportunity to work for the prestigious Porsche San Diego dealership. I love the community and enjoy being out in nature or somewhere on the water with my family and friends. You will also find me at the dog beach with my wife and our English bulldog.
Sair started his career working at a body shop in San Jose Collision as a parts driver. After putting in 3yrs hard work he was promoted to parts manager. Soon after he decided to move to Sacramento and started his love for German Engineering. He was at Roseville Volkswagen for 14yrs and now have been afforded the opportunity to continue and grow his love for the ultimate German automobile known as Porsche. He is excited to be a part of the Holman organization and now a part of Porsche San Diego. He is looking forward to creating great relationships and memories with our Porsche San Diego family.
Craig has 25 years in the automotive industry specializing in Finance & Insurance. When not working, Craig enjoys fishing, going to the beach, and spending time with his family.
Itai was born and raised in Maui, Hawaii. New to the automotive industry, his passion for high-end vehicles, specifically Porsche, has led him to our exquisite Porsche Studio of San Diego location. Itai’s passion stems from watching the 24 Hours of Le Mans and pretending to re-enact the legendary race, winning of the 917 on taped out racetracks as a child. In conversations, you will find that Itai has built a great wealth of product knowledge and is highly enthusiastic about the history and racing heritage behind the Porsche brand. Some of his passions outside of work include: surfing, art and design, music, hiking, and traveling.
Jacob, an ardent automotive and adventure enthusiast, boasts over half a decade of experience spanning from pre-owned luxury brands to Toyota, and now, the illustrious Porsche San Diego. Having journeyed southward from Northern California’s Bay Area in 2021, he’s not only expanding his professional horizons at Porsche San Diego but is also deepening his connection to the vibrant San Diego community. Jacob eagerly looks forward to driving his career forward while embedding his roots further in this sun-kissed city.
Tripp comes to Porsche San Diego with a diverse national portfolio comprising over 20 years in the luxury automotive industry, 16 of which have been with the Porsche Brand. Tripp has held titles of Sales Manager, Internet Sales Manager, and Brand Ambassador over his Porsche career. Porsche San Diego is a dream location and he, his wife, and daughter love it here. He’s proud to call San Diego home and is honored to part of a fantastic team. Tripp is a lifelong world traveler. In his off time, he enjoys spending his time exploring all that San Diego has to offer with his family.
Ray is a 7 year veteran of the auto industry. He developed an affection for cars from a young age growing up in the motor city, Detroit. After relocating here to attend San Diego State University for business, he decided to apply that knowledge at Audi San Diego, after stints at many other high end retailers like Nordstrom and Gucci. Ray has always been passionate about the Porsche brand and motorsport, and jumped at the opportunity to become a part of the team, dedicated to providing clients with outstanding service and an unparalleled breath of knowledge of the brand.

Having spent several years on the island of Kauai, his adventurous spirit shines in his fondness for surfing and traveling. Carlos was born and raised in Mexico, growing up around motorsports gave him the passion for the Porsche brand. Moving from Orange County, CA to attend school full time at Point Loma Nazarene University, Demetri joined Porsche of San Diego as a Sales Porter to learn the foundations of how a dealership operates. When Demetri is not at Porsche, you will find him spending time at the beach, eating Talenti ice cream, or out on the boat with his family and friends. With a passion for all things automotive, Demetri enjoys drawing and designing cars in his spare time. Having the ability to learn quickly and possessing a great work ethic, Demetri has a bright future here at Porsche San Diego.
Adriana Vallecillo was born in and raised in Ensenada Baja California. Her passion for cars began at an early age, since Baja California it’s been known for the famous race Baja 500 and Baja 1000, she has a lot of passion for cars in general. Car sales runs in her DNA, Adriana’s father and uncle owed a used car dealership in Ensenada. Adriana joined the Porsche family in 2014 and she has a lot of experience selling luxury and exotic cars, and her lifelong passion for the automotive world and has developed a deep knowledge about the Porsche brand and it’s heritage. Adriana believes that style, education and trust are the keys to success. She brings these principals as well her Porsche enthusiasm and passion for seeking perfection to work every day. Farzad, a San Diego native, has loved cars ever since he can remember. He is very passionate about the Porsche brand and has been a great asset to our team. When Farzad is not working, he spends his free time going to theme parks, visiting new cities, and spending time with his family.
Brandon graduated Porsche’s apprenticeship program (PTAP) in 2021 and is one of our newer technicians. His work ethic and natural talent in automotive repair have proven him to be an extremely valuable asset to our shop.
Jake graduated UTI Avondale in 2021 and then attended Porsche Technology Apprenticeship Program. Once he completed his training, he joined Porsche San Diego and is thrilled for his career to start and be a part of an amazing brand.
Attended UTI and graduated in Oct 2008. After graduating, started working at tire and small repair shops. Started working for Porsche in 2012, left in 2015 to work for Ferrari and Maserati but missed the brand and came back in 2017.
Roberto has been working at Porsche San Diego since December 2015. He was born and raised in beautiful San Diego. He graduated UTI in 2008 and is very close to reaching Bronze level certification. Roberto is extremely passionate about everything Porsche, especially the classic air-cooled Porsches. Some of his favorite past times are watching racing, Jiu Jitsu, playing guitar, grilling, off-roading, and fishing.
Luis is one of our most experienced techs, having worked for Porsche since 1997.  He is especially talented in the diagnosis and repair of Porsche’s classic vehicles and is one of our three classic technicians.
Uriel has been working for Porsche since 2014 but took a short break to work on fire engines for the city of Vista.  We’re happy to have him back in the Porsche world as his talent is very much appreciated in our shop.
Eduardo grew up working on cars and enjoyed it so much, making it a career was a natural fit. He attended UTI for two years, and then was accepted into the PTAP program. He delights working on all Porsche vehicles and in his own words, “they are an awesome car and fun to drive.”
Native San Diegan, working on Porsches since 2004. Porsche certified gold technician 918, Carrera gt and Taycan certified. In my free time i enjoy outdoor activities with my family.
Jordan is a recent transplant and has been doing automotive repair since 2015, having earned master technician status from another brand.  Jordan’s automotive knowledge and repair skills have proven to be exceptional and has made a very easy transition to the Porsche brand.
Garrett has always had a passion for cars, so turning it into a career was not a tough choice. He attended UTI with the goal of becoming a Porsche technician. Upon graduating UTI, he entered the PTAP program where he learned the ins and outs of Porsche vehicles. Garrett has lived in southern California all his life and Porsche of San Diego is a perfect fit. He looks forward to becoming Bronze certified and further accelerating his career with Porsche.
Alex is one of our newer technicians, having come from another German auto manufacturer.  He is a skilled technician and his experience with other German cars has translated well to our work on Porsche vehicles – we are very happy to have him as part of our team.
Isidro has been in the automotive industry since 2008 when he joined the Marine Corps as a heavy equipment mechanic. He loves fixing anything mechanical. After his service in the Marine Corps, he attended UTI until his acceptance in the PTAP program when he moved to San Diego where he is currently a silver technician… all achieved here in San Diego.
Growing up minutes away from the famous Pikes Peak Hill climb in Colorado, a passion for high performance vehicles was ingrained at a young age for Chase. He moved to San Diego to pursue his career with Porsche San Diego in 2005 after attending training at Porsche Cars North America headquarters in Atlanta. When not at work Chase can usually be found enjoying the outdoors with his wife and 3 kids.
Jason has worked at Porsche San Diego for four years. His love of all things mechanical has made him a perfect fit on our troubleshooting team. With keen attention to detail, your Porsche, new or pre-owned, is always in good hands.
Paul W.W. Dolan has worked in the automotive industry and served people with their cars for a collective 25 years. Started working with his father at a Goodyear store at the age of 15, then working on cars for Big-O Tires from 17 until 20 when he got his first dealership job at a Honda/Mazda store in Escondido, then Volvo, Acura, BMW, Toyota, and ending up working with the best automotive engineering firm in the world….Porsche. Paul’s love and passion for Porsche is obvious when speaking to him about the remarkable history and heritage of this amazing manufacturer. A San Diego native, he enjoys surfing, he is an artist, author, father, husband, Rotarian, speaker, and entrepreneur. He will do everything in his power to help you with your Porsche service needs.
After serving in the US Miliitary, Richard searched to find his passion. After trying different career paths, Richard was fortunate enough to come to us. With his love for vehicles and his willingness to work hard Porsche San Diego was the perfect fit.

Jonathan was born in raised in Southern California. He’s been a service consultant for 16 years with 7 of those being at Holman Automotive Group. He is raising 5 children and is currently a law and macro-economics student. In his free time he plays guitar and piano, spends time with his children and studies. He enjoys innovation and technology and is excited about the future of Porsche.
Nicole found her calling in the auto industry over 12 years ago. With a passion for performance and appreciation for history; the Porsche brand fulfills both. When Nicole isn’t helping you with all of your service needs she is taking the road less traveled with all of the hiking San Diego has to offer and watching her son play baseball.
A native of the San Francisco Bay Area, Cliff came to Porsche San Diego with ten plus years in the automotive industry. He is enamored with Porsche for its extraordinary history, technological advances, and unique combination of elegance. Cliff’s other interests include: traveling, baseball, literature, and spending time with family and friends.
Justin was born and raised in San Diego. He has been working in the automotive industry for the last 7 years and joined Porsche San Diego in 2020. Justin is an exotic sports car enthusiast, and finds passion in taking photographs of cars and other interest.
Efrain has 11 years in the auto industry. He enjoys working with Porsche and loves the history and legacy of the brand, on his free time he enjoys spending his time outdoors hiking, biking riding and visiting new eateries.
