Doug Pielemeier came to Porsche San Diego after 17 years in the automotive industry. Over the past years, Doug was a General Manager for multiple dealerships with Penske Automotive. In his career with Penske, Doug was a top performer with BMW and recognized for many achievements. Doug is a Southern California native, living in South Orange County with his wife, and 2 children. Doug is an avid golfer, and has a passion for fishing and being out on the open water.
Ross, originally from Philadelphia, enjoys nothing more than being able to raise his family here in beautiful San Diego! Moving from Orange County, CA to attend school full time at Point Loma Nazarene University, Demetri joined Porsche of San Diego as a Sales Porter to learn the foundations of how a dealership operates. When Demetri is not at Porsche, you will find him spending time at the beach, eating Talenti ice cream, or out on the boat with his family and friends. With a passion for all things automotive, Demetri enjoys drawing and designing cars in his spare time. I was born and raised on the central coast of California in the small town of Salinas Monterey. Always involved with sports, I worked hard on and off the field and found myself being able to play 4 years of football at the collegiate level. After graduation, I worked for Enterprise Rent-A-Car as a manager trainee up in the bay area. Shortly after that, I got the opportunity to fulfill a lifelong dream of moving down to San Diego CA where I began my automotive career working for Mercedes Benz of San Diego. After 10 years of automotive experience and working for premium brands, I got the opportunity to work for the prestigious Porsche San Diego dealership. I love the community and enjoy being out in nature or somewhere on the water with my family and friends. You will also find me at the dog beach with my wife and our English bulldog.
Cassie brings a wealth of retail management experience to the Porsche Studio San Diego, paired with a lifelong passion for automobiles. Her love of cars began in childhood, tinkering alongside her grandfather, a mechanic who first sparked her fascination with performance and precision. When she’s not at the Studio, Cassie loves hitting the trails on off-roading adventures and spending quality time with her 3 children.
Noah was born and raised in sunny Southern California. Joining the team in 2024, he has quickly become attached to the Porsche brand. In his free time, you will find him walking by the beach, spending time with his wife, or trying new restaurants. Noah looks forward to assisting you with your new Porsche purchase!
Tripp comes to Porsche San Diego with a diverse national portfolio comprising over 20 years in the luxury automotive industry, 16 of which have been with the Porsche Brand. Tripp has held titles of Sales Manager, Internet Sales Manager, and Brand Ambassador over his Porsche career. Porsche San Diego is a dream location and he, his wife, and daughter love it here. He’s proud to call San Diego home and is honored to part of a fantastic team. Tripp is a lifelong world traveler. In his off time, he enjoys spending his time exploring all that San Diego has to offer with his family.
Itai was born and raised in Maui, Hawaii. New to the automotive industry, his passion for high-end vehicles, specifically Porsche, has led him to our exquisite Porsche Studio of San Diego location. Itai’s passion stems from watching the 24 Hours of Le Mans and pretending to re-enact the legendary race, winning of the 917 on taped out racetracks as a child. In conversations, you will find that Itai has built a great wealth of product knowledge and is highly enthusiastic about the history and racing heritage behind the Porsche brand. Some of his passions outside of work include: surfing, art and design, music, hiking, and traveling.
A true Californian at heart, Adam Shemesh brings his love for fast motorcycles and the open road to his role at Porsche San Diego. Having spent several years on the island of Kauai, his adventurous spirit shines in his fondness for surfing and traveling.
